- Apply a scoop of Sugar Sugar lip scrub onto clean, dry lips,
- massage into lips in circular motions using the silicone lip scrubber,
- wipe or rinse clean,
- follow by applying a thin coat of Balm Babe lip balm for maximum hydration and lasting moisture.
