SHIPPING

From the confirmation of your order, we prepare your package with care within 1 to 3 working days.

In order to offer you a flexible delivery service, we work with 2 carriers:

Mondial Relay:
- delivery in a pick up point or at home,
- shipping by the road network.

DHL Express:
- home delivery,
- shipping by air (this is the fastest delivery).

You will find below the summary table which shows these delivery options according to your country.
When ordering, you can choose the one that suits you best.

Attention: during busy periods (Black Friday, promo code, sales, holidays), delivery times may be extended.

So Natural Beauty shall not be responsible, and may not be held responsible, if customs charges or other fees have to be applied in the country of delivery (please see our terms and conditions).

RETURNS

The customer has a period of 14 clear days in which to exercise his/her right of withdrawal. This period starts to run from delivery of the order, and the customer exercises this right by returning the still new products (not opened and/or not used), at his/her own expense, together with the order number, to the following address: So Natural Beauty, rue des Perce-Neige 11, 7190 Ecaussinnes (Belgium). When the 14-days period ends on a Saturday, a Sunday, a bank holiday or a public holiday, it is extended to the first working day thereafter. Products returned by the purchaser that are found to be incomplete or damaged will not be refunded. Product refunds will be made no later than 30 days after the company So Natural Beauty has taken receipt of the products in question. The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen by the customer when the order was placed.

Please note that if the total amount of the products of the final order, does not count towards the free delivery costs, these will be deducted from the reimbursement of the returned products.
